Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in video shooting and editing
• Experienced in producing video content, special project and campaign videos for the brands,
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and having the ability to use them effectively and efficiently
• Proficient in AI-powered tools that accelerate video production workflows and enhance creativity (e.g., Nano Banana 2.1, Seedance 2.5, Higgsfield, Magnific, ElevenLabs, etc.)
• Experienced in effectively using text-to-video, image outpainting/expansion, and AI-based audio processing technologies within video editing and post-production workflows.
• Experience with AI-powered audio enhancement and noise reduction tools (e.g., Adobe Podcast) as well as text-to-speech (TTS) Technologies
• Closely follows the latest trends, innovations, and tools in AI-driven content creation and is able to adapt these technologies in line with brand identity and communication strategies
• Experienced in planning and executing model, lifestyle, indoor and outdoor photo shoots, with professionally retouching and post-processing raw images using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.

Job Description

• Managing the processes of producing, editing and publishing videos to be used in the social media accounts of Etstur and its sub-brands,
• Doing research for video contents to be used in the social media accounts and preparing the most appropriate video content,
• Preparing videos in accordance with the marketing strategies of the brand and product,
• Producing advertising and video contents, assisting in editing, planning and sound arrangements,
• Accompanying the team during commercial and video shootings,
• Ensuring necessary internal and external communication.
• Using AI-powered tools throughout the video production process to create fast, creative, and scalable content.
• Develop AI-assisted concepts, storyboards, and editing recommendations for social media content.
• Ensure that AI-generated content aligns with the brand's tone of voice and visual identity, while maintaining quality control standards.
• Stay up to date with emerging video trends and advancements in AI technologies, and integrate them effectively into content creation processes.
