Position: Full-Time Videographer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer to join our team at Perfume Paradise HQ. The ideal candidate should have strong videography and video editing skills, a good sense of visual storytelling, and the ability to create engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for marketing, promotional campaigns, and social media platforms.
• Record product videos, promotional content, events, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Edit videos professionally using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Create engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content creation team to develop creative video concepts and storyboards.
• Ensure all video content follows the company's branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Manage video equipment, lighting, audio, and camera settings to maintain production quality.
• Organise and maintain video files, footage, and project archives.
• Stay updated on current social media trends, video styles, and creative content strategies.
• Complete assigned projects within the required deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in videography and video production.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experienced in operating cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and other video production tools.
• Familiar with social media content formats, especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
• Creative, proactive, and able to develop fresh ideas for video content.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• A portfolio or showreel showcasing previous videography and video editing work is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in beauty, fragrance, retail, or lifestyle content production.
• Knowledge of basic photography and visual composition.
• Experience producing promotional videos and product advertisements.
• Ability to suggest creative approaches to increase social media engagement.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
