Videographer

JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

• Shoot Reels, short-form, event, and promotional videos.

• Capture events, project sites, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.

• Plan shots and storyboards with the Marketing and Social Media team.

• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, audio, and stabilizer equipment.

• Follow BuildOne's branding and creative direction on every shoot.

• Capture clean, well-framed, and well-lit footage ready for editing.

• Organize, back up, and hand over raw footage to the Video Editor.

• Maintain production equipment and be available for on-site and event shoots.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Film, Communication, Marketing, or any related field. Fresh graduates with a strong demo reel or portfolio may apply

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in videography, preferably for social media, events, digital marketing, or brand content

Skills/Competencies:

• Proficient in operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, drones, and audio gear

• Strong understanding of framing, composition, and camera movement

• Knowledge of lighting setups for indoor, outdoor, and interview shoots

• Shoots with vertical (9:16) and social media formats in mind

• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar) are a plus

• Able to follow brand guidelines and creative direction

• Detail-oriented, organized, and handles equipment with care

• Flexible with schedules, field work, and event coverage
