About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer-Creative AI Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Bandung, West Java. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking media production company where your videography skills will be instrumental in creating visually stunning content for diverse clientele. As a Videographer, you will play a crucial role in translating creative concepts into compelling video productions that engage and inspire audiences. Your technical expertise and artistic vision will contribute directly to the success of our projects and the growth of our production capabilities.

Position Job Scope including, but not limited to:

● Conceptualise and create digital content, including but not limited to product photography, product videography, short-form videos, poster design, blog content, and other copywriting needs.

● Plan and execute video production from pre-production to post-production, including concept development, moodboard, storyboard, shot list, shooting schedule, editing, color grading, and final output preparation.

● Create engaging video content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Instagram Stories, YouTube Shorts, and e-commerce platforms.

● Produce product-focused video content that highlights product details, features, styling, usage, comfort, materials, and promotional messages.

● Produce video content from scratch using AI tools, and using AI tools for editing purposes.

● Handle basic production needs including camera operation, lighting setup, audio recording, framing, composition, and directing simple talent/model poses during shoots.

● Edit videos according to brand guidelines, including cutting, transitions, captions, music selection, sound effects, motion graphics, and basic visual effects when needed.

● Create a systematic report about pre-production and post-production, including content planning, production progress, editing status, revision notes, and final content archive.

● Collaborate with marketing, creative, social media, e-commerce, retail store, and yproduct teams to support campaign needs and daily content production.

Qualification Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in, graphic design, social media marketing, or related field.

● 1 year of related work experience

● An outstanding photography portfolio and/or video showreels.

• Having at least intermediate-level AI skills, with the ability to generate video content using AI tools and

familiarity with AI video-generation platforms and workflows.

● Having an advanced understanding of using a camera, lighting, and other photographic equipment and ensuring careful usage to maintain the function and quality of all office equipment.

● Having an advanced understanding of using editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects.

● Being a cooperative team player to make sure all projects are completed to high standards, according to brief, and respecting Service Level Agreement.
