Videographer

About the role

Own shoots from idea to final export: concept, scripting, filming, lighting, audio, editing and delivery. Edit polished long-form interviews and podcasts, alongside fast-paced TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Pitch original content ideas, understand emerging social trends and adapt them to each brand's voice. Organize footage, manage project files, maintain editing quality and deliver content consistently on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, script, film, light, record audio, edit and deliver video content from idea to final export
• Edit long-form interviews and podcasts
• Create fast-paced TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Pitch original content ideas and adapt emerging social trends to each brand's voice
• Organize footage and manage project files
• Maintain editing quality and deliver content consistently on schedule

About you

• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent videography, storytelling and video editing skills
• Confident, hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong knowledge of camera, lighting and sound fundamentals
• An eye for hooks, pacing, captions, format and creative storytelling across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
• Independent problem-solving, strong initiative and the ability to take ownership without constant direction
• Podcast/multi-camera production and long-form interview editing experience (bonus)
• AI-powered production workflows and tools that accelerate editing, repurposing and content output (bonus)
• Motion graphics, colour grading, sound design, thumbnails or social analytics (bonus)
• Must be fluent in english
