Elite Body Home Polyclinic & EBH Academy – Dubai

Elite Body Home is looking for a creative and highly skilled Videographer & Content Creator to produce engaging, high-quality content for both our Polyclinic and Training Academy.

The ideal candidate should understand how to create content that performs well on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other digital platforms, while maintaining a professional image suitable for the healthcare, aesthetics and education industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and produce engaging video content for the clinic and academy
• Create Reels, TikToks, short-form videos, testimonials, treatment videos and educational content
• Film doctors, trainers, therapists, students and team members in a professional and engaging manner
• Create content around:
• Aesthetic treatments
• Dental treatments
• Dermatology and skincare
• Laser and slimming services
• Before-and-after transformations
• Client testimonials
• Academy courses and training sessions
• Student activities and practical demonstrations
• Trainer interviews and educational videos
• Events, promotions and behind-the-scenes content
• Develop creative video concepts, hooks and storyboards
• Capture high-quality footage using professional cameras, lighting and audio equipment
• Edit videos with strong pacing, captions, transitions, sound and visual effects
• Produce both organic social media content and paid advertising creatives
• Adapt content into multiple formats for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other channels
• Stay updated with current social media trends, video styles and viral content formats
• Work closely with the marketing, clinic and academy teams to maintain a consistent content calendar
• Organize and maintain the photo and video content library
• Ensure all content follows the brand image and required healthcare advertising standards
• Obtain the necessary approvals before publishing patient or student-related content

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor or Social Media Content Creator
• Strong portfolio of short-form and social media video content
• Excellent knowledge of camera operation, lighting, composition and audio
• Strong video editing skills using software such as:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Final Cut Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• CapCut or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok-style content
• Ability to turn simple ideas into engaging and visually appealing videos
• Good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement
• Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines
• Comfortable working with doctors, clients, trainers and students
• Experience in aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, education or lifestyle content is highly preferred

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can do more than simply record videos.

The successful candidate should understand what makes people stop scrolling, watch, engage and take action. You should be able to create professional healthcare and academy content while still making it modern, creative and engaging.

You will be responsible for helping build the online presence of both Elite Body Home Polyclinic and EBH Academy through consistent, high-quality and performance-driven video content.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
