🔹Key Responsibilities

* Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards.

* Produce engaging promotional, educational, and brand focused videos.

* Operate professional video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.

* Edit videos using professional software, incorporating motion graphics, sound effects, subtitles, and voiceovers.

* Optimize content for different social media platforms while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

* Stay up to date with the latest video trends, AI-powered editing tools, and social media best practices.

🔹Requirements

* 3–4 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.

* A strong portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality video projects.

* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut (Adobe After Effects is a strong advantage).

* Experience using AI-powered video editing and creative tools is a plus.

* Solid understanding of cinematography, lighting, audio recording, and post-production workflows.

* Knowledge of social media platforms, content optimization, and current video trends.

* Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

* Fluency in English and Arabic.

* Valid UAE Driving License.

* Previous experience in the healthcare, aesthetics, or medical industry is an advantage.

Role Description The Videographer is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for planning, shooting, and producing video content that showcases Novanos Group’s products, services, and brand stories for marketing, training, and corporate communication. Day-to-day tasks include operating cameras and lighting equipment, setting up shoots, capturing high-quality footage, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop concepts and storyboards. The Videographer will also handle basic post-production tasks such as trimming clips, organizing media, and preparing files for editors or distribution across digital platforms. This position requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Video Production, including planning shoots, coordinating resources, and managing production workflows.
• Candidates should possess skills in Camera Operation and Camera handling, with the ability to select appropriate lenses, settings, and framing for different scenarios.
• Candidates should possess skills in Lighting, with knowledge of both natural and artificial light setups to achieve consistent visual quality.
• Candidates should possess skills in Shooting Video, capturing steady, well-composed footage in studio and on-location environments.
• Proficiency with video and audio equipment, and familiarity with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is preferred.
• Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of brand-driven content for marketing and education.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, follow creative briefs, and manage time and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Relevant experience as a Videographer or in a similar video-focused role; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating prior work is highly beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field is an advantage, though equivalent practical experience is also valued.
