Videographer / Content Creator

Location: Bangkok-based, with regular travel to Chiang Mai, Phuket, Koh Samui, and Hua Hin
Type: Full-time
Compensation: Base salary plus a 0.05% share of the marketing team override (commission) and after probation a back-off bonus
Reports to: Marketing Manager

About the role

We're looking for a Videographer / Content Creator to join our in-house marketing team. You'll travel across our regions filming project launches, show units, and agent events, then turn that footage into content our marketing team uses to sell property to buyers across Thailand and internationally. This isn't a desk job. You'll be on planes, in cars, and on-site more weeks than not — working fast, shooting solo, and delivering content that has to look good and go out on time.

Key responsibilities

• Film and edit short-form video for property launches and developer projects across all five regions
• Travel regularly (with notice) to shoot on-site at launches, show units, and agent events
• Build and maintain the video library used across Meta ad campaigns and organic social channels
• Work with the Marketing Manager on shoot briefs and content planning
• Capture photo content alongside video where a shoot calls for it
• Turn around edited content fast — launches run on tight timelines

About you

• A real portfolio or reel — we want to see your work, not just hear about it
• English & Thai fluency
• Proven video shooting and editing skills (not just one or the other)
• Comfortable working solo — managing your own gear, logistics, and shot list on-site
• Real Estate / Property experience (nice to have)
• Genuinely willing to travel frequently within Thailand
• Drone operation (nice to have) (we have one)

Photography skills alongside video (nice to have)
