Position Summary:
Cass Concepts is seeking a creative, self-driven Videographer & Content Creator to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be behind the scenes and in the action—capturing client events, producing engaging content for social media, and helping build campaigns that make an impact. You'll work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same—from filming theater productions to creating recap videos of community events, product showcases, and behind-the-scenes stories of small businesses doing big things.

We’re looking for someone with strong videography and editing skills who’s also eager to learn, excited about marketing, and ready to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Projects will range from product showcases, testimonials, documentary-style live events, and candid b-roll of the Cass Concepts team doing what they do, all in a diverse range of indoor and outdoor environments.
• Film and edit high-quality short-form and long-form content for use across social platforms, campaigns, and websites.
• Attend and document live client events (e.g., community festivals, ribbon cuttings, and productions) and create engaging recap videos.
• Brainstorm, plan, and execute creative content ideas in collaboration with the team.
• Interview clients, business owners, and stakeholders to help tell their unique stories through video.
• Create content for Reels, TikToks, and social graphics.
• Stay current on platform trends and content strategies.
• Use video, motion graphics, photography, and copywriting to support client goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras (1080p minimum).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other Creative Suite tools.
• 1+ year of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct on-camera interviews and create storytelling-based content.
• Organized, deadline-driven, and flexible to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Team-player mindset and excellent time management.

Bonus (Not Required):

• Drone skills or FAA certification.
• Motion graphics experience.
• Graphic design capabilities.
• Photography experience.
