Muse is a luxury social media management studio serving businesses across Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Wesley Chapel. We help brands build a social presence as elevated as the experiences they deliver, through intentional strategy, editorial-style content, and polished storytelling.

As we grow, we're looking for a talented videographer to help bring our clients' stories to life.

About the role

You'll partner with the Muse team to capture high-quality, social-first video for a range of clients, including real estate, hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle brands. This is a flexible, project-based role, ideal for a creative who wants to build their portfolio with luxury brands and grow alongside a new studio.

What you'll do

• Film client content, including property tours, brand stories, events, and behind-the-scenes footage
• Capture short-form video optimized for Instagram Reels and TikTok
• Collaborate with the Muse team on shoot planning, shot lists, and creative direction
• Direct clients on camera to capture natural, engaging moments
• Deliver organized footage on schedule, with editing for select projects

What we're looking for

• A strong portfolio of short-form, social-first video content
• An eye for elevated, editorial-style visuals
• Your own professional camera, audio, and lighting equipment
• Experience filming people and spaces; real estate or lifestyle experience is a plus
• Editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar) are a plus
• Based in or near Tampa Bay, with reliable transportation
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable working with clients

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with commission-based compensation, paid per project. Details will be discussed with qualified candidates.
