Videographer – Paris Fleet Operations

This role is for an experienced videographer to capture a two-day fleet operations shoot in Paris, focusing on branded vehicle activities and VIP guest transport. The assignment requires on-site filming at multiple high-profile locations, including the Four Seasons Hotel, Akrem Arena, and the Grand Palais, as well as iconic Paris landmarks for a dedicated vehicle shoot. The successful candidate will document operational logistics, vehicle movements, and general B-roll, delivering both raw footage and a polished social media video that highlights the brand’s global presence. Availability for both days is preferred, but candidates available for Sunday only will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Film VIP guest transport operations, including approximately 10 fleet vehicles, coordinators, and marshals.
• Capture pickups and drop-offs at the Four Seasons Hotel and coverage near Akrem Arena.
• Record exterior shots at the Grand Palais and general arrival/travel B-roll.
• Conduct a 2–3 hour branded vehicle shoot at iconic Paris locations, such as the Eiffel Tower and nearby bridge, matching the style of a previous London shoot.
• Deliver all raw footage and one edited 60–180 second social media video within one week of the shoot.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and does not reference or promote the Esports World Cup directly.

Skills And Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer, ideally with event or branded content shoots.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to capture dynamic operations and branded vehicles.
• Proficiency with professional video equipment and editing software.
• Ability to work efficiently on location and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Availability in Paris for both shoot days (Sunday and Monday preferred; Sunday-only considered).
• Ability to deliver high-quality raw footage and a polished social media edit within tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Paris locations and ability to work independently on-site.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.
