What they need

Mobility Access Modifications (MAM)
Preston, Melbourne VIC | Onsite
3-month contract | 5 days per week | ABN contractor
$42–$48 per hour + GST where applicable

Film real installations, explain practical products and turn clear briefs into useful videos.

MAM is looking for a hands-on Videographer / Video Content Creator to film and edit training, product and customer videos across a three-month project.

You’ll manage production from brief to finished video, combining filming at MAM job sites with production and editing at our Preston office. Your work will support employee training and help customers and occupational therapists understand our mobility access products and installations. Some content may also be used on YouTube and social channels.

What the project offers

  • A varied mix of training, product, customer and installation videos.
  • Clear briefs and ownership of production from filming to final delivery.
  • Direct collaboration with our internal teams and Trades teams.
  • Access to a MAM vehicle for approved site travel.

What you’ll do

  • Film and edit employee training, instructional and how-to videos, including installation and process demonstrations.
  • Capture products, demonstrations, installations and completed works at MAM job sites.
  • Use suitable existing marketing footage to support internal training content.
  • Create occupational therapist education videos, customer stories and testimonials.
  • Independently set up cameras, lighting and audio, and conduct interviews that help people feel comfortable on camera.
  • Edit professional, easy-to-understand videos, including short-form digital and social content.
  • Organise footage and project files, coordinate with internal and Trades teams, and manage several videos at different stages to meet agreed deadlines.

What you’ll bring

Ideally, you’ll have around 2–4 years of hands-on videography and video editing experience. Your portfolio and ability to independently deliver practical, professional videos are central to this role.

  • The ability to take a clear brief through filming and editing to a finished video.
  • Strong practical skills in camera operation, lighting, audio and editing.
  • Confidence adapting to changing lighting, active job-site conditions and limited filming windows.
  • Clear communication and a respectful approach to filming employees, customers and people unfamiliar with being on camera.
  • Initiative, organisation and the ability to work independently and alongside Trades teams.
  • Availability for five days per week throughout the three-month project, onsite at our Preston office and MAM job sites.
  • A current Australian driver’s licence and confidence driving a company vehicle.
  • Valid Australian working rights covering the full contract period and required working hours.
