Work set-up: Full-time onsite
Location : Dasmarinas, Cavite

Functions/Responsibilities:

Concept & Ideation: Develop creative concepts and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions to support campaigns.

Pre-Production: Plan projects, create storyboards, write scripts, select locations, and prepare props, sets, lighting, and equipment.

Shooting & Recording: Operate cameras, lighting, microphones, and other equipment. Use OBS for live streaming, screen capture, and recording high-quality footage. Ensure proper framing, lens selection, and camera movement.

Editing & Post-Production: Edit videos, add graphics, special effects, captions, and sound enhancements using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, and OBS recordings. Ensure polished outputs for social media, ads, and campaigns.

Content Output: Produce and deliver at least 10 video outputs per day, or as instructed by the Manager or assigned Point of Contact (POC).

Collaboration & Communication: Work with marketing, social media, creative teams, and talents to coordinate video shoots and deliver engaging content.

Digital Asset Management: Organize, maintain, and manage al project files and multimedia assets for a streamlined workflow.

Trend Research & Innovation: Stay updated on video production techniques, design trends, OBS features, and emerging digital media tools.

Qualifications:

• With at least one (1) year proven experience in videography.
• Can use and handle a professional camera and various related equipment.
• Strong portfolio.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of trends or popular things in multimedia and the internet.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills.
• Strategic and organizational skills.
• Updated on social media and current events.
• Can use various video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci).
• Can work in a fast paced environment and shifting schedule.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
