Videographer / Video Editor

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & Video Editor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong videography and video editing skills, good knowledge of social media content, and excellent English communication skills.

You will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content for our sports academies, training sessions, tournaments, events, camps, and social media platforms, as well as editing the footage into engaging and professional content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for sports activities, events, tournaments, camps, and promotional campaigns.
• Operate professional cameras, action cameras, gimbals, microphones, and other video equipment.
• Edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
• Create short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, highlights, and event recap videos.
• Add music, sound effects, transitions, subtitles, graphics, and other elements to enhance videos.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Sports Operations teams to understand content requirements.
• Capture engaging action shots and behind-the-scenes content during sports sessions and events.
• Organize and maintain video files, footage, and project folders.
• Ensure all content is delivered on time and according to the required quality standards.
• Assist with photography and other content creation when required.
• Follow current social media trends and suggest new video concepts and creative ideas.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, Content Creator, or similar role.
• Strong video shooting and editing skills.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition, audio, and camera settings.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, tournaments, and sports events when required.
• A portfolio or examples of previous video work are required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with sports, fitness, academies, events, or youth-related content.
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content formats.
• Experience with action cameras such as GoPro is an advantage.
• Photography skills are an advantage.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
