Videographer / Video Editor

About the Role

AVA Aesthetic Polyclinic is looking for a talented, creative Content Creator with strong photography, videography, and editing skills to produce high-quality content for our dental clinic.

We need someone who can take ownership of the entire creative process—from developing original ideas and planning shoots to filming, photographing, editing, and delivering polished content. You should have an excellent eye for detail and know how to make dental content engaging, visually refined, and easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Photograph smiles, dental treatment results, patient portraits, and clinic activities with consistent lighting, accurate color, and sharp detail.
• Film and edit reels, treatment videos, patient testimonials, educational content, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Create scripts, hooks, storyboards, and shot lists, and guide doctors and patients comfortably during filming.
• Capture close-up dental photography and consistent before-and-after documentation without altering clinical results.
• Handle lighting, camera settings, audio recording, composition, colour grading, sound, captions, and final edits.
• Build a content calendar with the clinic team and manage multiple projects from concept to delivery.
• Maintain an organised library of footage, photographs, and completed content.
• Follow patient consent, privacy, and clinic infection-control procedures during shoots.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, and video editing skills.
• Experience producing content for dental, aesthetic, healthcare, beauty, or premium lifestyle brands; dental experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro, along with Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Strong understanding of lighting, close-up photography, skin tones, natural tooth shades, and visual consistency.
• Ability to generate fresh ideas independently and turn them into finished content.
• Understanding of short-form storytelling, pacing, audience attention, and social media formats.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in an active clinic environment.
• Arabic content creation and captioning skills are an advantage.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
