Trust Well Group of Companies is looking for a skilled and creative Videographer & Video Editor to join our team and produce high-quality visual content for real estate marketing, corporate campaigns, property showcases, and social media.

We are looking for someone who understands that great content requires more than just filming. It requires strong storytelling, technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain exceptional production quality in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production & Property Shoots*
• Film professional property walkthroughs, luxury residences, project showcases, and real estate promotional videos.
• Operate professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, stabilisers, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Capture high-quality interior, exterior, architectural, and lifestyle footage.
• Produce corporate advertising videos, developer project videos, social media Reels, and event highlights.
• Plan and execute shoots from concept development to final delivery.
• Video Editing & Post-Production*
• Edit professional videos using industry-standard editing software.
• Perform colour grading, sound design, transitions, motion graphics, and visual effects where required.
• Create content optimised for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Maintain consistent visual standards, brand identity, and production quality across all deliverables.
• Creative Development & Trends*
• Stay updated with the latest videography techniques, editing styles, and social media trends.
• Bring fresh creative ideas and develop engaging visual concepts.
• Understand the requirements of corporate branding, luxury property marketing, and digital advertising.
• Deliver high-quality work while meeting agreed deadlines.
• Travel & On-Location Production*
• Travel across the UAE for property shoots, developer launches, corporate events, and marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing team and real estate professionals to deliver content that meets project objectives.

Requirements & Skills

• Proven professional experience in videography and video editing.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Advanced working proficiency in relevant editing software, such as:
• Adobe Premiere Pro*
• Adobe After Effects*
• DaVinci Resolve*
• Final Cut Pro*
• CapCut Pro*
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating video production and editing capabilities.
• Experience in real estate videography, property walkthroughs, architecture, or luxury marketing is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of cinematography, composition, camera movement, colour grading, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to maintain premium production quality while working to deadlines.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE for shoots.
