Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Videographer / Editor. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality footage, editing videos and producing engaging multimedia projects that rockets a truly dynamic personality into office. You must have proven success with SEO across YouTube, website, social media platforms. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in a groundbreaking political campaign. You will be supporting a truly unique, independent statesman in his bid for county office. Your instinct, expertise and energy will be necessary work on live event productions, promotional videos, and digital content that make an impact. Win, lose or draw the campaign will continue as you produce and optimizes our YouTube channel. Election is a goal. Monetization is the key.

Responsibilities

• Operate professional filming equipment to capture high-resolution video footage for a variety of projects, including live events, promotional campaigns, and social media content.
• Edit raw footage using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects to craft polished final products.
• Enhance videos with graphic design elements using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign to create visually appealing graphics and titles.
• Manage lighting setups utilizing theatrical lighting equipment, lighting systems for video production, and rigging techniques to ensure optimal visual quality.
• Record high-quality audio during filming sessions by operating audio systems and processing audio/video signals for clarity and synchronization.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop storyboards, shot lists, and production schedules that align with project goals.
• Operate broadcast studio equipment and support live production performance by managing camera angles, switching feeds, and ensuring seamless broadcast quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography and video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Final Cut Pro, and media editing tools.
• Skilled in filming techniques, lighting for video production, and the use of theatrical lighting equipment.
• Knowledge of audio systems and audio/video processing for professional quality recordings.
• Ability to operate broadcast studio equipment and manage live event AV production projects effectively.
• Strong understanding of post-production workflows including color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics.
• Experience working with media editing tools for video editing and graphic design software for visual enhancements.
• Excellent technical proficiency in lighting systems, photography fundamentals, and live production performance.
