Welcome diversity and apply as you are! At Adisseo, we cherish the value of diversity whatever it may be. About The Nanjing Site The Nanjing site is one of Adisseo’s major industrial complexes, comprising two production units (BANC 1 and BANC 2) with a total capacity of approximately 350 kt.

Spanning 43 hectares, the site includes 25 chemical units as well as a dedicated logistics center.

The plant primarily produces liquid methionine (Rhodimet AT88), ammonium sulfate, and carbon disulfide (CS₂).

It employs around 500 people, supported by more than 300 contractors.

Key Responsibilities Reporting to the site industrial teams, you will actively contribute to operational performance and the optimization of chemical processes.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

• Supporting the implementation of the site’s operational strategy
• Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing production processes to achieve performance targets (quality, cost, delivery)
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and chemical process optimization projects
• Participating in safety audits, risk assessments (e.g., HAZOP, FMEA), and incident investigations
• Ensuring compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards and regulatory requirements
• Monitoring process parameters and contributing to the update of technical documentation
• Supporting ISO compliance and coordinating quality audits
• Collaborating closely with local teams, suppliers, and industrial partners

Profile

• Master’s degree (Engineering degree or equivalent) in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
• Initial experience (internship or apprenticeship) in an industrial or chemical environment is a plus
• Strong awareness of HSE and quality standards
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and problem-solving skills
• Team player with strong communication skills in an international environment
• Good command of English required
