The site of San Luis Potosi based in Mexico belongs to the POWER Division. We are looking for a VIE Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator for 12 months within the team.

Your challenges?

• You will analyze and draft AI prompts to optimize the Request for Proposal (RFQ) tool.
• You will track key performance indicators (KPIs)—including EDI adoption, consignment rates, and SCCL—and develop action plans in collaboration with Supply Chain PTMs.
• You will identify and implement automation solutions to streamline the workload for Supply Chain PTMs.
• You will build a centralized packaging summary and database by product line in collaboration with packaging engineers and Supply Chain PTMs. You will create and deliver training presentations on core supply chain topics, including customer demand integration, MPS/SIOP processes, and supplier EDI integration.

Let’s talk about you…

• You are graduated from a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineer/Supply Chain Engineering/Business Administration
• You already have experience in Supply Chain & Logistics, Lean Manufacturing or Projects Management
• You have a fluent level of English. Spanish is a plus
• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy AI tools usage and knowledge of SAP is a plus
