What they need
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Commis Viennoiserie/Pastry or in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of pastry production, baking techniques, and food safety standards.
- Able to prepare ingredients and assist in daily pastry production.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
- Able to follow recipes and SOPs consistently.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Domiciled in Bali or willing to relocate independently.
Workin place will be at 7AM 7PM Sanur
