About the Role

Join our Work-from-Home team as a Vietnamese Bilingual Representative and provide professional, efficient, and customer-focused support across various communication channels.

Use your language expertise in Vietnamese while leveraging your strong English communication skills to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and efficient customer support through appropriate communication channels.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service-related requests with professionalism and empathy.
• Communicate effectively in Vietnamese while maintaining clear and professional English communication.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and established quality standards.
• Ensure a positive and customer-focused experience in every interaction.
• Maintain accurate and professional communication throughout the customer service process.

About You

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• Fluent in Vietnamese
• Able to read and write in your respective language
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills
• BPO or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
• Has a stable internet connection and a suitable Work-from-Home setup
• Customer-focused, motivated, and eager to build a long-term career
