About the role
Hirebiz Med is looking for a qualified Vietnamese Bilingual Virtual Assistant to join our team and support healthcare operations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments
- Perform insurance verification and assist with prior authorizations
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records
- Provide professional and friendly assistance to patients
- Perform other healthcare administrative tasks as assigned
About you
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Preferably with healthcare or medical background
- BPO or Virtual Assistant experience is an advantage
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and computer literate
- Willing to work 100% onsite in Cebu City
- Willing to work on a night shift schedule
