VILLA ATTENDANT

About the role

The Villa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of villa cleanliness, presentation, guest service, and daily operations. The successful candidate must be a multi-skilled hospitality professional, with experience and understanding of Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and/or Front Office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the villa
• Clean and prepare guest bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, dining areas, and other villa facilities
• Prepare bedrooms, beds, linen, towels, amenities, and guest supplies according to luxury standards
• Conduct pre-arrival villa preparation and room inspections
• Perform daily housekeeping and turndown service
• Welcome guests warmly and professionally and provide personalized and attentive service throughout the guest stay
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance
• Assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special dining experiences
• Prepare and set up dining areas according to luxury service standards
• Assist with guest arrivals and departures and support check-in and check-out procedures

About you

• Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience
• Experience in Housekeeping, F&B, Front Office, Villa Attendant, Butler, or related hospitality roles
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, luxury villa, boutique hotel, resort, or private residence is an advantage
• Strong hospitality and guest-service mindset
• Good understanding of Housekeeping standards
• Basic to good knowledge of F&B service
• Good communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proactive and able to anticipate guest needs
• Professional presentation and demeanour
