What they need
Qualifications & experience
- Based in Uluwatu Area (Uluwatu / Pecatu / Ungasan) / Canggu Area / Ubud Area
- Preference education of Diploma (D3) or SMK in Hospitality or Tourism. From other majors are also welcome to apply
- 1–2 years of experience in a villa or hospitality managerial role
- Good English skills, both spoken and written is a plus
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication with guests, staff, and external parties
- Experienced in handling guest
- Ability to handle issues and complaints swiftly
- Skilled in negotiation
- Understanding of local regulations and compliance
Tasks & responsibilities
- Handle check-in and check-out
- Arrange working schedules for housekeeping, gardener, and pool man
- Ensure villa ready
- Handling complaint
- Ensure the guest has an amazing experience
