About the role
We are looking for a Villa Host Supervisor to join our Villa Management team and ensure an exceptional guest experience across our villas.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the Villa Host team
- Ensure excellent guest service from arrival to departure
- Monitor villa readiness and guest requests
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Butler, and other operational teams
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct regular checks on service standards and villa presentation
- Support the team in maintaining high guest satisfaction and positive reviews
- Prepare daily operational updates and report issues to management
About you
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in villa, hotel, or hospitality operations
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent English communication skills
- Well-organized, proactive, and hands-on
- Able to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment
- Placement : Uluwatu
