Villa Manager

Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day villa & Restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, housekeeping , kitchen and guest services teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and guest experiences are exceptional.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction.
• Liaise with local authorities, suppliers and partners to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
• Support the training and development of the area's hospitality teams

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Villa Manager, Resort Manager, FnB Manager or Hotel Manager.
• Proven experience managing a boutique resort, eco-resort, or similar hospitality property.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong knowledge of FnB, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security operations.
• Willing to be based in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta.
• Accomodation provided.
