Type : Full-time (our Office at Sleman, YK)

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain the booking platform, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide exceptional service to customers through effective communication in both written and spoken English.
• Demonstrate thoroughness and precision in managing reservations and responding to customer inquiries.
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness to ensure prompt communication with customers.
• Cultivate strong customer service skills, focusing on client satisfaction and relationship building.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work independently while maintaining high efficiency and accuracy.
• Proactive and capable of working quickly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English, in both written and spoken forms.
• Strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Adaptable to changing work schedules.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates initiative, efficiency, and the ability to handle tasks promptly.
• Prior experience in reservation management or hospitality is a requirement.
