Job Summary:
Responsible for conducting accurate site surveys for villa construction and related works, taking measurements, preparing survey data, and ensuring all construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings, levels, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land and site surveys for villa construction projects.
• Establish and verify benchmarks, coordinates, levels, and reference points.
• Carry out setting-out works for foundations, columns, walls, roads, drainage, and other structures.
• Take accurate measurements and prepare survey records.
• Check construction works against approved drawings and specifications.
• Operate Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and other surveying equipment.
• Calculate levels, coordinates, distances, and elevations as required.
• Prepare and maintain survey reports, records, and as-built information.
• Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and site teams to ensure correct setting-out.
• Monitor construction progress and identify any discrepancies in levels or alignment.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and survey data.
• Ensure surveying equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Perform other surveying duties assigned by the Project Engineer or Management.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
