At Serenitas, we're creating communities where people can enjoy connection, independence and an exceptional lifestyle. As the developer, owner and operator of National Lifestyle Villages (NLV), Western Australia's leading land lease community brand, Serenitas manages a growing national portfolio of 33 communities and more than 8,200 home sites across Australia.

Backed by Mirvac, Pacific Equity Partners and Tasman Capital Partners, we're helping shape the future of lifestyle living in Australia. We create thriving communities where homeowners can build meaningful connections, enjoy an active lifestyle and feel proud to call home, while delivering long-term growth in one of Australia's fastest-growing property sectors.

We are currently seeking two Village Managers, with one position based at T uart Lakes Lifestyle Resort (Baldivis) and one position at Lake Joondalup Lifestyle Village (Ashby) in Western Australia.. These are exciting opportunities to lead established lifestyle communities and oversee all aspects of village operations, performance and homeowner experience, helping create communities where homeowners feel connected, supported and proud to call home.

About the Role

As Village Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance and day-to-day operations of your community. You will lead a local team, build strong relationships with homeowners and stakeholders, drive commercial performance, and ensure a safe, welcoming and well-maintained environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines community engagement, operational management, people leadership and commercial accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with homeowners, homeowner committees, contractors and key stakeholders
  • Drive community engagement and foster a positive, connected and vibrant village culture
  • Manage operational budgets, financial performance and opportunities to improve business outcomes
  • Oversee facilities, maintenance programs and contractor performance to ensure high service standards
  • Manage established home resales within the community, delivering a seamless experience for homeowners and prospective buyers while supporting occupancy and community growth
  • Champion workplace health and safety, risk management and compliance across the village
  • Lead, coach and develop onsite team members, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture
  • Support village growth through homeowner engagement and community activation initiatives

What We're Looking For

You are a relationship-focused leader who enjoys creating exceptional homeowner experiences while balancing commercial outcomes and operational excellence.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Leadership experience in village, community, property, facilities, hospitality, accommodation, tourism, retirement living or a similar operational environment
  • A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer and homeowner experiences
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets and operational performance
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues across the business
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and sound decision-making ability
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence engaging with groups and facilitating meetings
  • A commitment to workplace health, safety and compliance
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • A current driver's licence

Why Join Serenitas?

  • Competitive salary, commissions and bonus incentive opportunity
  • Laptop and mobile phone provided
  • Employee Assistance Program and wellbeing initiatives
  • Access to village facilities
  • A supportive, collaborative and values-driven culture
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of homeowners every day
  • Career growth opportunities within a growing business
