Villas Room Attendent (Temporary)

About the role

Clean, service, and maintain guest villas to the hotel's standards, ensuring each villa is comfortable, well-presented, fully equipped, and ready for guest use. Provide efficient and discreet service while respecting guest privacy and preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned villas according to established SOPs and schedules
• Make beds and clean bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchens, and other villa spaces
• Clean and arrange private terraces, balconies, poolside areas, and outdoor furniture
• Replenish guest amenities, linens, towels, drinking water, and villa supplies
• Inspect furniture, fixtures, appliances, and equipment; report defects or maintenance issues promptly
• Check villa presentation and ensure all items are properly arranged before guest arrival
• Maintain housekeeping carts and pantries in a clean, organized, and fully stocked condition
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
• Record and communicate guest preferences to enhance the guest experience
• Follow Lost and Found, key control, security, and guest-privacy procedures

About you

• Diploma, vocational certificate, or equivalent qualification
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Room Attendant, preferably in a four- or five-star hotel, resort, or private villa
• Basic Thai and English communication skills
• Able to read instructions and complete basic forms and checklists
• Good knowledge of room-cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and guest amenities
• Service-minded, honest, responsible, and attentive to detail
• Able to maintain guest privacy and handle confidential information appropriately
• Physically able to perform cleaning duties, lift supplies, and stand or walk for extended periods
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays
