VIM Consultant

I am working directly with one of our key partners here at RED Global who are looking for a VIM Consultant to join an ongoing implementation project.

This is a hands-on functional + configuration role covering AP invoice processing for four operating companies (Belgium, Greece, Romania, Serbia), spanning direct (retail/trade) and indirect procurement, high-volume direct-store-delivery invoicing, intercompany re-invoicing, rebate/agency processing, and new e-invoicing mandate compliance (Peppol, CEF).

Role Details:

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12 month contract

Location: Fully remote

Language: English

Skills Required:

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP VIM (OpenText) configuration and support experience, ideally including at least one full implementation or major enhancement cycle, not only BAU support.
• Strong working knowledge of VIM core building blocks
• Practical understanding of the standard SAP logistics invoice verification process and how VIM layers on top of it.
• Experience supporting both PO-based and non-PO invoice processes, including approval-based (non-blocked) workflows for indirect/services spend.
• Ability to write clear functional/technical specifications
