Position Purpose

The Vineyard Supervisor is responsible for leading their crew, ensuring vineyard tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate team tasks, maintain operational records, and contribute to efficient workplace operations.

• Lead and support a vineyard team by overseeing work quality, developing staff skills, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

• Carry out seasonal vineyard tasks including pruning, canopy management, and harvest activities.

• Develop practical viticulture skills and industry knowledge.

• Work collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
