About the role
Join the Mount Riley Harvest Crew for Vintage 2027. Work during the harvest season bringing in the vintage, working 12-hour shifts, up to 7 days a week at peak times. You'll work either day or night shifts as part of a tight, fun team making great wine.

About you
- Energy, drive and a sense of humour
- At least 1–2 vintages' winery experience or a relevant qualification
- Able to work 12-hour days, with a minimum of 30 hours a week, increasing to 84 hours a week during the peak of harvest
- Practical skills, good communication, and a team-player attitude
- Willingness to work hard when the grapes are calling
