We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional that has a team experienced in Vinyl Siding, Replacement Windows, and General Construction. In this role, you will be responsible for installing durable vinyl siding, replacing windows with precision, and supporting various general construction projects. Your expertise will help enhance the exterior aesthetics and structural integrity of residential and commercial buildings. Responsibilities

• Install vinyl siding with attention to detail, ensuring proper alignment, sealing, and finishing for a polished look.
• Replace existing windows efficiently while adhering to safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and safety harnesses safely during all phases of construction projects.
• Follow all construction safety regulations including proper ladder use and safety protocol adherence to maintain a safe work environment at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in vinyl siding installation, window replacement, or general construction work.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools safely.
• Experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions with outdoor work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards such as OSHA regulations related to ladder use, scaffolding assembly, heavy lifting, and fall protection harnesses.
• Excellent teamwork skills combined with handyman experience or carpentry background are highly valued.
• Strong work ethic required!
