About the role

Gothong Southern Careers is seeking an experienced and professional VIP Driver to join our organisation. This is a full-time position based in Cebu City, Cebu, offering a unique opportunity to provide executive-level transportation services to high-profile clients and stakeholders. As a VIP Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, punctual, and discreet transportation of company executives and distinguished guests, contributing directly to the professional image and operational efficiency of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Operating and maintaining company vehicles to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness
• Providing safe and efficient transportation for executives, board members, and VIP clients whilst adhering strictly to traffic regulations and company policies
• Planning optimal routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations, taking into account traffic conditions and scheduling priorities
• Maintaining a professional demeanour and discretion at all times, particularly regarding confidential information and sensitive business matters
• Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical reliability and safety compliance
• Assisting VIP passengers with luggage, doors, and other courtesies as required
• Maintaining accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance requirements
• Communicating effectively with executive staff and administrative teams to coordinate schedules and logistical requirements
• Ensuring adherence to company vehicle policies, insurance requirements, and applicable driving regulations

What we're looking for

• A valid professional driver's license with a clean driving record and no major traffic violations
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a professional driver, with demonstrated experience driving VIP or executive clientele
• Exceptional knowledge of local geography and traffic patterns in Cebu City and surrounding areas
• A courteous, professional, and discrete demeanour with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work effectively with senior-level professionals
• Strong attention to detail regarding vehicle maintenance, punctuality, and passenger comfort
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all business interactions
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to consistently delivering high-quality service
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance fundamentals and basic troubleshooting capabilities
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is desirable but not essential
