What they need
- Provide dedicated technical support to VIP clients, including troubleshooting Laptop, Desktop, MAC, software, and network issues
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication, follow-up, and proactive issue resolution
- Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to resolve complex technical issues
- Document all support activities, client interactions, and issue resolutions in the service management system
- Provide training and guidance to VIP clients on the use of IT systems and applications
- Stay current with the latest technology trends, tools, and best practices to provide innovative solutions to VIP clients
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows/macOS and Microsoft 365
- Strong troubleshooting skills under time pressure
- Knowledge of security, encryption, MFA, and executive-level data handling
- Excellent communication, discretion, and professionalism
- Ability to work beyond standard hours when required
- Be proficient with English while coordinating with user
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of VIP client information and data.
