Job Description

Event Planning & Execution

• Develop event timelines, run sheets/agenda, and operational plans
• Coordinate with internal departments (gaming, F&B, hotel, security, marketing)
• Ensure seamless event setup, execution, and breakdown

Client & VIP Relations

• Serve as the primary contact for VIP guests and event clients
• Customize event experiences for high-value players

Marketing & Promotions

• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and increase attendance
• Support casino promotions such as tournaments, giveaways, and themed nights
• Ensure brand consistency across all event activities

Operations & On-Site Management

• Oversee all on-site event activities
• Troubleshoot operational issues during events
• Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all events comply with gaming regulations and Vietnamese laws
• Coordinate with security for crowd control and VIP protection
• Promote responsible gaming practices

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong negotiation and budgeting skills
• Knowledge of casino operations and gaming regulations
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail

Other Requirements

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Accountable for the thoroughness and accuracy of departmental records and providing daily reports.
• Attend and contribute to all departmental staff meetings / training sessions when necessary.
• Perform all other job-related duties as required.
• Possess good knowledge & updated information of hotel availability, qualifying criteria, room rates, room types, events & promotions, operating hours of F&B outlets, monthly Casino & VIP events taking place at The Grand.
• Support of VIP Services Host team and VIP Services Administration team if needed.

Job Requirement

• A team player able to work cohesively with colleagues & other departments.
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in Mandarin / Cantonese / Korean language will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable working on shifts, on holidays and weekends to support Casino operations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Must have University degree or equivalent.
