JOB BRIEF

• The VIP Host offers and ensures the highest level of service within the gaming and associate environment. He/She must have consistent standards of appearance and professionalism, communication, and cooperation with both guests and other departments. He/She must develop and maintain a high level of knowledge in relation to the gaming environment, resort, and facilities/services available to guests. He/She must be fully versed in all aspects of programs, promotions, and events that cater to the guest experience within the resort.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests to drive player retention, loyalty, and engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring guests receive a personalized and memorable gaming experience.
• Promote and explain membership programs, rewards, promotions, events, and other casino offerings to guests.
• Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Support VIP operations through guest account management, event coordination, and the administration of complimentary services and benefits.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Flexible to work on varying shifts and schedules, including exposure to a smoking environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Relevant tertiary education is an advantage.
