Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations & VIP Experience

● Welcome and host VIP guests during dinner and nightlife operations.

● Ensure all VIP guests receive personalized, seamless, and memorable experiences from arrival to departure.

● Anticipate guest needs and proactively coordinate with reservations, service, bar, kitchen, and management teams.

● Build strong relationships with regulars, high-spending guests, corporate clients, influencers, and nightlife clientele.

● Maintain consistent communication with VIP guests before and after visits to encourage repeat business.

● Recognize guest preferences, habits, celebrations, and special requests to create tailored experiences.

VIP Database & Profile Management

● Maintain and update detailed guest profiles.

● Track guest history and engagement to identify opportunities for retention and upselling.

● Work closely with reservations and management to identify key VIP opportunities daily.

Revenue Generation & Business Development

● Drive repeat visits and guest loyalty through relationship-building and personalized follow-ups.

● Encourage increased guest spend through curated recommendations, bottle service, premium dining experiences, and upselling opportunities.

● Assist in growing VIP dining and nightlife revenue through strategic guest engagement.

● Develop and maintain a network of affluent guests, lifestyle communities, concierge contacts, hotel partners, and social circles.

● Support event nights, activations, collaborations, and special programming to attract premium clientele.

Service & Operational Support

● Coordinate VIP table preparation and service standards with floor teams.

● Ensure all guest requests and issues are handled professionally and efficiently.

● Monitor guest satisfaction throughout service and take immediate action when necessary.

● Maintain strong communication with managers and operational departments during service.

● Represent the brand with professionalism, discretion, and high emotional intelligence.

Brand Representation

● Embody the culture, energy, and hospitality standards of the company.

● Build positive relationships both inside and outside the restaurant.

● Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.

● Stay informed on current events, trends, nightlife culture, luxury hospitality, and premium guest expectations.
