Key Responsibilities:

VIP Relationship Management

• Serve as the dedicated liaison for assigned VIP players, offering personalized assistance and support.
• Proactively engage with VIP players to understand their needs, preferences, and motivations.
• Provide tailored recommendations on games, promotions, and events to enhance player experience.
• Anticipate issues, resolve complaints, and ensure seamless problem resolution.

Player Retention & Growth

• Monitor VIP activity, ensuring consistent engagement and retention of high-value players.
• Develop individualized rewards, bonuses, and offers aligned with player profiles.
• Track and report VIP performance, contribution, and profitability.
• Identify and upsell opportunities through personalized events.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, product, payments, and customer support teams to deliver seamless service.
• Provide feedback on VIP preferences and trends to optimize promotions and campaigns.
• Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Qualifications & Skills

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years’ experience in VIP services, high-value account management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and manage relationships with diverse personalities.
• Experience in online gaming, iGaming, or casino industry is preferred.
