VIP HOST – QUALIFICATIONS

Open to Filipino and Expatriate applicantsMust be able to speak and communicate in Japanese, Korean, and/or ChineseStrong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Experience in VIP customer service, hospitality, tourism, sales, or marketing is an advantage

Casino experience is NOT required – applicants with strong communication skills are welcome
Ability to communicate effectively with international and high-profile guests
Customer-oriented with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
Confident, approachable, and professional personality Presentable and well-groomed
Able to handle VIP guests with discretion and professionalism
Capable of building and maintaining good relationships with guests
Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
Fresh graduates and career shifters with strong language skills are welcome to apply
