Vip Host/Driver/Usher

Job Overview

We are seeking a professional, polished VIP Host / Driver/Ushers to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and understands the importance of guest experience, discretion, and reliability.

You will be responsible for transporting VIP guests safely while providing high-level customer service and supporting VIP operations inside the venue.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, customer service, hospitality while greeting guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the outset.
• Assist guests with seating, navigation within the venue, and answer any questions they may have.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times to uphold the venue’s reputation for excellence.
• Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations diplomatically and effectively.
• Assist with VIP check-ins and guest coordination
• Communicate effectively with all staff including. VIP hosts, dispatch, and management and entertainers.
• Support front-of-house VIP operations as needed.
• Uphold all club standards, safety protocols, and confidentiality expectations

Qualifications

• Requires sheriff’s card, tam card, Nv food handlers card and Nv drivers license.
• Strong customer service and communication skill.s
• Ability to work in a high-energy nightlife environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Previous VIP, hospitality, or driving experience preferred.
• Excellent public speaking skills combined with a friendly, approachable attitude (bilingual is a plus).

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
