VIP Host/Hostess

Join our team at the City’s biggest Nightclub as a VIP Host and become the face of our premium guest experience! In this high-energy role, you’ll look after guests booking VIP tables, taking their orders, delivering bottles and ensuring every table gets a memorable, first-class service. Your personality, attentiveness and hospitality will keep our VIP guests feeling valued and coming back for more. Responsibilities

• Welcome and look after guests at VIP tables, taking drink and bottle orders accurately and promptly
• Deliver bottles and drinks to tables with flair, including show service and presentation where required
• Build rapport with guests to identify upselling opportunities, recommending premium bottles, packages and add-ons to enhance their night
• Maintain high standards at all times — table presentation, cleanliness, glassware and prompt clearing of empties
• Keep accurate tabs and process payments efficiently, including card and cash transactions
• Monitor guest welfare, promoting responsible drinking and flagging any concerns to management or security
• Liaise closely with the bar team, management and security to ensure smooth, joined-up service
• Proactively check in on tables throughout the night to anticipate needs before being asked
• Support the booking process for VIP tables, including setup ahead of guest arrival
• Represent the venue’s brand and standards, creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat bookings

Requirements

• Previous experience in VIP/table service, hospitality or a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and a polished, outgoing personality are key
• Confident, sociable and well-presented, with the ability to build quick rapport with guests
• Strong sales instinct and comfort with upselling in a natural, guest-focused way
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise multiple tables during busy periods
• Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 18 years old (or age specified by local regulations) to serve alcohol

Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour
