About the role

Handle incoming requests from key customers via chats and calls, answering questions and solving problems. Make outgoing calls to collect customer feedback and inform about bonuses and promotions. Help with technical issues, clarify details, advise on bonuses, and handle objections. Build friendly and trusting relationships with clients so that every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming requests from key customers (chats and calls): answer questions and solve their problems
• Make outgoing calls to collect customer feedback to improve product quality and inform about current bonuses and promotions
• Help with technical issues, clarify details, and advise on bonuses
• Handle objections
• Build friendly and trusting relationships with clients

About you

• Knowledge of Malaysian C1
• Punctuality, empathy, and responsibility
• Experience in customer service (highly desirable)
• Sales experience (highly desirable)
• Knowledge of English (highly desirable)
