Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced VIP Manager to build and maintain long-term relationships with our high-value players. This role is ideal for someone who understands VIP customer behavior, knows how to create exceptional player experiences, and is passionate about driving retention and loyalty through personalized communication.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with VIP players in the sweepstakes, social casino, or iGaming industry , with a strong understanding of the US and Canadian markets . You will work closely with CRM, Product, Payments, and Support teams to ensure every VIP player receives a premium experience.

This is a full-time remote position with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with high-value (VIP) players through personalized communication.
• Develop tailored retention strategies to maximize player engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.
• Monitor VIP player activity, identify behavioral trends, and proactively reach out to improve retention.
• Organize and coordinate personalized offers, bonuses, promotions, and exclusive VIP campaigns.
• Handle escalations and resolve VIP player issues quickly while maintaining a premium customer experience.
• Work closely with CRM, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to deliver a seamless VIP journey.
• Maintain accurate records of player interactions and continuously update VIP profiles.
• Analyze VIP performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve retention and player satisfaction.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor VIP programs, and player expectations in the US and Canadian markets.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a VIP Manager , VIP Account Manager , or VIP Host in iGaming, social casino, or sweepstakes .
• Proven experience working with VIP players from the US and/or Canadian markets .
• Strong understanding of VIP retention strategies, loyalty programs, and player lifecycle management.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple VIP accounts while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using player data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Fluent English and Russian ( C1 level or higher ) with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Bonus Skills

• Experience launching or scaling VIP programs for sweepstakes or social casino products.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and player segmentation tools.
• Experience working with responsible gaming practices and compliance requirements.
• Additional languages are a plus.
