Work Location: COD, Sri Lanka
Nationality Requirement: Philippine and Bangladeshi nationals are NOT eligible. Candidates of other nationalities are welcome to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive on-site customers and promptly respond to customer requests.
- Assist supervisors with customer service work.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and timely.
Job Requirements
- Aged 21 or above.
- Possess good English communication skills.
- Have strong customer service awareness and be willing to follow work arrangements.
Working Terms & Benefits
- Working hour: 8-hour rotating shift.
- Compensation package: Basic salary + service tips + meal allowance + night shift allowance + 13th-month salary.
- Leave entitlements for permanent staff: Paid annual leave, birthday leave, marriage leave, bereavement leave, maternity leave, etc.
- Company provides high-grade apartment accommodation and shuttle service for commuting.
- Company sponsors legal and valid 9G work visa.
