What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Provide L2 technical support to VIP users and senior management.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, desktops/laptops, hardware and software issues.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, O365, Outlook, MS Teams and Office applications.
- Handle LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN, printers and basic network troubleshooting.
- Manage and resolve incidents through ITSM/ticketing tools within defined SLA.
- Provide onsite/remote support and ensure quick resolution of VIP issues.
- Perform OS installation, software installation, patching and system configuration.
- Coordinate with L3/network/application teams for complex issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions and user requests.
- Ensure high-quality service and professional communication with VIP users.
