- Troubleshoot hardware, software, M365, and network issues.
- Support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and video conferencing.
- Manage executive meeting room support.
- Handle escalations with high priority and minimal downtime.
Required Skills:
- Windows OS, Active Directory.
- Microsoft 365 & Outlook.
- Teams and Video Conferencing.
- Excellent communication and customer handling.
Experience: 5 to 8 years
