Knowledge of PC hardware both Desktops & Laptops L2 position.
- Vendor coordination for hardware , VIP Support , Excellent Communication Technical Graduates only
- Should know installation of Windows operating system such as Windows 10.
- Installation & troubleshooting of Network Printers.
- Installation & troubleshooting of Antivirus packages , Ticketing portal experience
- Windows pilot experience, DNS, DHCP
- Outlook and Office 365
- Handling escalation calls
- Data Backup
- Administrating LAN Networks.
- Technical assistance which includes troubleshooting of operating systems
