Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Administrator to review, annotate, and structure multimodal datasets for advanced artificial intelligence models. You will play a crucial role in improving data quality across text, images, spreadsheets, and complex structured documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Systematically tag and structure complex data inputs while strictly adhering to formatting guidelines.
• Analyze AI-generated text and media to verify alignment with human intent and factual truth.
• Identify edge cases, labeling ambiguities, and data inconsistencies to help improve labeling taxonomies.
• Balance speed and meticulous attention to detail to achieve strict weekly productivity metrics.

Requirements:

• Outstanding critical thinking skills with the ability to dissect complex written instructions.
• Background in editing, technical writing, QA testing, or data labeling is highly advantageous.
• Advanced English language skills, capable of identifying subtle linguistic inconsistencies.
• Dependable high-speed internet access and a personal computer meeting minimum system requirements.
• Must be currently based in the United States or Canada.
